Lantern Hollow

Lantern Hollow is a beautiful little adventure game. You explore a foggy village looking for someone who vanished, tapping through hand-drawn scenes and solving environmental puzzles that lean on observation rather than obscure logic.

The pacing is slow in the best way. There's no timer, no fail state, just you and a notebook of clues. Puzzles range from combining objects to spotting patterns in the scenery, and the game trusts you to figure things out without hint spam.

It's fully offline and the art alone makes it worth keeping installed. The ending caught me off guard in a good way. If you like mood over mechanics, this one's easy to recommend.
